About us
Formed in 2000, with three funds under management, our typical initial investment in a company is between € 0.5 to € 2 million. Prior investments include Avinity (acquired by ActiveVideo Networks); DataCenterTechnologies (acquired by Symantec); Clear2Pay, a leading payments technology company; Dedigate (acquired by Terremark) and Q-layer (acquired by Sun Microsystems).

We look for innovative, passionate high-tech entrepreneurs with differentiated products that address a critical need and provide unique solutions when compared to current and potential competitors.

Size of the market opportunity

The product or service must address an international, high-growth market. The company should have the potential of generating substantial traction and high operating margins.

Quality of management

The company must be comprised of driven professionals with a balanced mix of deep sector expertise combined with international experience. Most of the cases, not all the executive roles will have been filled at the time we invest, but they must be committed to expanding the executive team by attracting top-level talent through a competitive salary with stock and/or stock options.

With offices in Antwerp, London and Istanbul we focus on companies that started in Europe, Turkey or the Middle East.

 

Stage

We prefer to come in as lead investor in a company's first institutional round of funding.

Exit
